Grapes were destemmed and crushed. 100% cold skin fermentation. Enzymes and static free run also used. Fifteen days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15 degree Celsius.
The aromas open with ﬂ oral notes of white orchids and roses followed by subtle fruit ﬂ avors of pineapple, banana, apple and orange peel typical of the Torrontés grape.
Pairs well with seafood, Chinese and Asian fusion.
