Grapes were destemmed and crushed. 100% cold skin fermentation. Enzymes and static free run also used. Fifteen days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15 degree Celsius.
The aromas open with ﬂoral notes of white orchids and roses followed by subtle fruit ﬂavors of pineapple, banana, apple and orange peel typical of the Torrontés grape.
Pairs well with seafood, Chinese and Asian fusion.
